Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR procedures.
Players who have exhausted bingo888's internal resolution process and remain unsatisfied may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
bingo888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their bingo888 Account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of changes.
Continued use of the bingo888 platform following notification of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
